No. People of all ages are allowed on the bus. All NJ state laws must be followed, including but not limited to, child seats and unaccompanied minors.

- 15 and under w/ responsible adult/guardian/parent at regular price
- 3 years and under free
Meet us at the pick-up location 20 minutes before departure, smile nicely at the Trip Leader and hope someone overslept!
Sleep is essential but please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time to check in. Don’t miss the bus as it’s not waiting.
You enter the bus on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring ID for all ticket holders and either a printed or digital copy of your receipt. Do the future a favor and go digital.

Each school bus comes equipped with a bike rack that holds 2 bikes. You can add it to your order when purchasing online or upon arrival for departure. Please note that rack space is on a first come, first serve basis. $5 roundtrip per bike.
Jersey City Day Trippers will make the call in the event of inclimate weather. A cancellation notification will be sent out a minimum of 2 hours before departure. Full refunds are given due to inclement weather. If your destination is a theme park, such as Six Flags or Action Park, we will leave the decision up to the destination. If the park is open, the bus is going.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your departure time to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your departure time will receive no refund. I know, 1st world problems.
Surfboard space is available with notification and comfy beach chairs are available for rent. Ask our Trip Leader for more information.
Think airplanes. You must be able to keep it on your lap or under the seat for the duration of the trip. The aisle cannot be blocked.
Bottoms up BUT no glass is allowed. Now crack open that aluminum can and chill. Also, be a sport and take your trash with you.
The trip to Asbury Park takes about 60 minutes. Of course traffic, construction, weather and living in one of the densest states in the darn country can alter travel time.
Pets are not allowed on the bus with the exception of service animals. Advanced notice is required so we can save a comfortable seat for you and your furry friend. We reserve the right to turn away any rider who fails to provide the appropriate documentation and no refund will be issued.
